Move was great. Good communication, reasonably competitive rates and good service. I have not yet filed my claim for damages so I cannot evaluate that process yet.

Before my move, I researched long -distance moving companies, and many of them seemed daunting. Finally, I chose United Van Lines. Their price fell in the mid-range of the estimates I received by others. Their contract was clear. I appreciated their promptness, professionalism, and clear clear answers to my questions. If will use them again, If i need to move again and will recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Special thanks to Matt and Debbie for making this move seamless.

Material was packed, transported, and delivered professionally. The entire staff was willing to work with me on a somewhat peculiar schedule, rushed at the beginning and then much delayed afterwards. But they were all really accommodating to my odd request. Nothing was missing or broken. And the team did their work quickly, causing no damage at all to my home. Thanks!
