Everything went fairly well, but a few things that were not supposed to be moved were moved anyway, and it seemed to be somewhat disorganized during the delivery process. We were told that each item had a sticker on it, and that would be used to make sure everything was delivered, but that system seemed to have broken down, and we seem to be missing a box. Please check to see if you have any extra boxes.

Initially, we were optimistic about the move. Packing and loading seemed to be going well. We were told the date of the probable arrival of our shipment, and then there was no communication about the actual date, which was 4 days later. We found breakages due to boxes being jammed against each other, but in the end, the driver was pleasant and tried to make reparations.

Overall, a good experience. I like that the packers were the same team for the loading- an outstanding team who were able to navigate some real challenges. Tim, the crew lead, was professional, experienced, and a great problem solver. He is the primary reason things went so well. I was able to relax and not feel like I had to watch over everyone.
