I was very impressed with the whole process starting with Sandra our coordinator from the beginning.She answered my every need and changes. Then there was Jackson Grey our mover and driver. He kept a tight ship throughout the whole moving and handling of our shipment. He was very thorough and kept everything organized and tidy. My original driver's truck broke down and there were no replacements available to move my home directly to residence, so my shipment was delayed by two days; however, overall, the moving experience was very good. These issues were effectively managed and proactively communicated to me, so I was fully aware of everything.
